Residents of India have invested $5.8 billion dollars in the U.S. real estate market, which is an indication that U.S. real estate is in demand! H1B visas bring thousands of Indian professionals to America to work in our corporations, our government as contractors, and to our universities to study. They usually purchase a home large enough for their extended family. This creates demand in the U.S. real estate market.
