When we entered the condominium, the first thing we noticed was the unmistakable smell of kitty kat odor!

Overall, the condominium is very well kept … Pergo floors are easy to maintain. Walls are painted. The kitchen has full size appliances such as refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave.

The master bedroom is 16′ x 8′ with clean carpeting, closet organizer and painted walls. Energy efficient window looks out to the parking lot. We have learned that tenants like to be able to look out the window to see their car(s)!

The 2nd bedroom is 8′ x 8′ and faces the back of the condominium. It has a very nice view of the single family homes across the street.

Since there is no separate dining room, the living room serves all purposes. It has a gorgeous fireplace and the pergo floors continue throughout the unit.
