It’s Foreclosure Saturday! We have a standing appointment every Saturday to meet with our Real Estate Broker and look at foreclosures. We believe the real estate market is poised to take off and we want to be on-board the rocket ship! Therefore, we are always looking. When you think of foreclosures, you probably think of properties in poor condition, and sometimes they are … In this case, we are viewing a 1 bedroom 1 bath condominium that is in very good condition. When we entered the condominium, the first thing we noticed was the unmistakable smell of kitty kat odor!

Cats leave behind a distinct odor that is very difficult to remove. Our Real Estate Broker has decades of experience, so he knows to open all doors and windows to air out the unit before we arrive. Overall, the condominium is very well kept … Pergo floors are easy to maintain. Walls are painted. The kitchen has full size appliances such as refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave.

The master bedroom is 16′ x 8′ with clean carpeting, closet organizer and painted walls. Energy efficient window looks out to the parking lot. We have learned that tenants like to be able to look out the window to see their car(s)!

The 2nd bedroom is 8′ x 8′ and faces the back of the condominium. It has a very nice view of the single family homes across the street.

Since there is no separate dining room, the living room serves all purposes. It has a gorgeous fireplace and the pergo floors continue throughout the unit.
